We are an app listing and information platform that provides app descriptions, screenshots, and links to external download sources. All APK files and download links are property of their respective developers and third-party hosting platforms.
However, if you believe that any content on our website (including app descriptions, images, icons, screenshots, or links) infringes your copyright, we will take appropriate action upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice.
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown request, please send an email to dmca@3patti2026.com with the following information:

Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), physical address, phone number, and email address.
② Copyrighted Work
A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If it's an app, provide the app name, developer name, and app store link (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.).

The exact URL(s) on 3Patti2026 where the infringing content is located. Please provide specific page URLs, not just the homepage.
④ Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
⑤ Accuracy Statement
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
⑥ Signature
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable as an electronic signature).
⚠️ Important: Incomplete DMCA notices may not be processed. Please ensure all required information is included in your email. False or fraudulent DMCA claims may result in legal consequences under the DMCA.
4. What Happens After You File?
Once we receive a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice:
Step 1: We will review your notice within 24-48 hours on business days.
Step 2: If the notice is valid and complete, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly.
Step 3: We will notify the user/submitter who posted the content (if applicable) about the takedown.
Step 4: We will send you a confirmation email once the content has been removed.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by sending an email to dmca@3patti2026.com with:
• Your full name, address, phone number, and email
• Identification of the removed content and its original URL
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court
• Your physical or electronic signature
6. Repeat Infringers
3Patti2026 has a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers. Users who repeatedly submit infringing content will be permanently banned from our platform.
